I'm proud to be this year's Open Your Heart Champion for the American Heart Association's 2016 Pittsburgh Heart Ball.

Heart disease is our nation's leading cause of death claiming 1 in 3 lives. Unfortunately with these odds it's nearly impossible to meet someone who has not been affected by heart disease in some way.  For me, it became personal when I had a vessel repaired this fall.  As a heart patient I know all too well how important it is to fight this killer.  

Please join me in supporting the mission of the AHA, to build healthier lives free from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.  Funds raised through the Open Your Heart campaign will help further lifesaving research and education programs.
